Sage Duke Photography

Sage Duke Photography began as a simple passion for photography & grew into a desire to capture special moments for others.

I became a photographer for my high school yearbook my sophomore year and the photo editor my junior and senior years. By the time I graduated from high school, photography had become a passion for me.  It made a shy, socially awkward girl able to go anywhere.  I followed my passion into college, graduating from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree in photography allowed me to study many different mediums. Although an accomplished designer, I feel most comfortable behind the camera. It is this union of an artistic eye, technical ability, and passion for photography, that produces such a wonderful body of work. I strive to tell the story of the day with each photo session...The father of the bride that is not quite ready to let his little girl go, so he holds on and takes one more look at her before he takes his seat and leaves her at the altar with the man of her dreams; or the two year old that will not look at the camera until I fall in a mud hole stumbling backwards to get a photo; or the new mom who is exhausted but knows the best newborn photos are taken in the first 7 days.  2011 brought me back to my home town with the birth of my second son.  It was with this move and the encouragement of my friends and family that I decided to take the knowledge that I had learned working for the largest studio photography company in central Texas and start Sage Duke Photography.

I am an onsite photographer who specializes in babies, families, seniors, children, and weddings.  My goals for my company remain the same as they have always been: quality, consistency, and great customer-service.  For that reason, I book limited sessions each week and try to make every session unique and fun.

I hope I'll have the opportunity to meet you and your family.  Please take a moment to browse through my galleries and if you wish stop by my blog and say hi.
